Fishmonger

Got the intel on the sushi making class - lovely class can only recommend to everyone - and apparently Nobu, Roka and Aqua Kyoto all uses this as fishmonger. https://www.atariya.co.uk/ If you ask them they will cut your fish into nice slices (I usually ask for sashimi).

Spoon rest

My little potter was my darling niece, Emma - who is not Bridgewater, but gonna be even more talented, for sure! She made this spoon rest for me as a present... Isn't it GORGEOUS? I know it is. Thanks, Dear!

Soy sauce - Kikkoman is the only winner

Tried a few soy sauce - but ultimately this beats the rest.

Cookbook - one of the bests

Yotam Ottolenghi's Plenty - got from my dearest colleagues for my birthday!!! Such a lovely choice!!! Love it!

Tomato - if not from the garden

For years I ate only cherry tomatoes, and tomato from my parents garden. But here is London I have discovered the ultimate, one and only, lovely and delicious Jack Hawkins tomato! It rocks!!! From waitrose of course.

Salt - key to every dish

This is one of my faves... Ideal for salads - sometimes I even it it by itself. So gooooooood... The other type I use often is himalayan salt - you need a grounder for that, but completely worth it!
