Chocolate drops

This is the Xmas present for my colleagues - supereasy, check this out!

Ingredients
100 gr white chocolate chunks
100 gr dark chocolate chunks
For the toppings
Nuts, walnuts, pistachios (just a few pieces)
Dried fruits, mixed peels (lemon or orange zest)
Crystallised ginger

Method

Place the chocolate into separate ramekins and put them into a saucepan of boiling water. Once the chocolate is melted, stir until smooth and glossy. 

Lay a sheet of baking paper or a tray. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate onto the paper and smooth them into circles (3-5 cm) using the back of the spoon. Repeat until you have chocolate. 

Add toppings to the center of each one: a slice of nut, dried fruit, ginger - try to avoid overload! 

Transfer the trays into the fridge for an hour before serving or wrapping.
