Pesto spaghetti

 

Pesto at home

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh basil
10 dkg pine nut
1-3 garlic cloves
2-3 dl olive oil
10-15 dkg parmesan
Spaghetti

 

Method

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan, then allow to cool. Put all the ingredients in a mortar or in a bowl and work with a food processor. 

If you want to keep it for longer put it in a jar and slowly pour olive oil to cover it fully. It will stay fresh for a week minimum.

Cook the spaghetti and put the pesto on it... 

Heaven on Earth.
