Prawn with garlic

OK. Simpliest ever recipe - still sophisticated outcome! Who could ask for more?!

Ingredients
20 prawn - the fresher the better
50 gr butter
4 garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 dl dry white wine
Parsley, salt, pepper

Method

Heat the butter with the olive oil and add the garlic (either slice it thinly or crush it). When it starts to get brown add the prawns. 2 mins each side - when they loose their ugly grey color and the turn to lovely pink - that is exactly when they are ready. There is only one way to ruin this dish - overcooking the prawns - they become chewy. At the last minute add the wine and finally the parsley. Shake it together and serve immediately. 

I love with bread, ciabatta - and mop the devine buttery, oily, winy gravy...
