Simpliest and around a million calories - but during the winter you have to make sure you do not freeze, don't you?
The original recipe is coming from Gülü - I bless the day he showed this for me.
Ingredients
25 dkg bacon / pancetta (thinly sliced)
4 dl cream
10 dkg parmesan
2 egg yolks
Spaghetti
... and nothing else!
Method
Start with the water for the pasta. Meanwhile add the diced bacon to a heavy based pan and fry it until golden brown (5-6 mins). Remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Mix the cream and egg yolk together and added to the bacon (still not on the gas). Put it back on the fire and heat gently. After a while it starts to thicken keep on stirring continuously.
If it's consistency is not thick enough, you can add some corn starch to it (mix a tablespoon of starch with some cold water and pour it to the boiling sauce - then only have to cook for a few moments).
Mix the sauce with the noodles and eat up!
(Sorry about the pics - it was too good and I was too hungry - so didn't make a proper one with the ready meal...)
